Eligibility

Products

Qissati fragrances are Extrait de Parfum with a high concentration of fragrance oil. Colour, packaging, and scent can vary slightly between batches because these are made in limited runs. Product images are for illustration. Fragrance can cause a reaction in sensitive skin, so review the ingredient and allergen list on each product page and patch test before full use. Our products are not tested on animals.

Pricing and availability

Prices are shown in [CURRENCY] and may change without notice. We try to keep stock and pricing accurate, but if an item is listed at the wrong price or is out of stock after you order, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Limited chapters may sell out.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email means we have received it, not that we have accepted it. Acceptance happens when we dispatch the goods. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example where we suspect fraud or cannot ship to your location.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

Intellectual property

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Dubai courts. This does not remove any mandatory consumer rights you have in your own country.
